Who are we? Integral Coaching has over 10 years experience in the diagnosis, design and delivery of Executive Coaching, Group Coaching, Team Effectiveness and Leadership programs. Back in the late nineties when corporate coaching was in it's infancy we were applying our business experience and psychological expertise to develop the basis of our coaching and personal leadership methodology with some adventurous client organisations. Today, we still work with those first clients and combine all those thousands of hours of experience and expertise to support other top 100 and small to medium enterprise organisations to develop their people. In the current business environment our focus is on instilling the practices of High Performance Leadership, Teamwork and Achievement based thinking and execution. |

Partners
Jo McAlpine Jo has been an Executive Coach, Mentor and Facilitator since 2001 having coached extensively across the financial services sector, consumer electronics, education and training, publishing and government agencies. She has over 20 years experience in leadership roles in the manufacturing, construction and telecommunications industries. Jo has a 13 year background in psychology and personal development with over 2500 hrs of business coaching experience and leading over 2000 hours of leadership development and team programs. Campbell has coached and facilitated in corporate organisations and small to medium enterprise since 1999 and is currently a member of the coaching panels in several top 100 Australian companies. He has over 19 years business experience in sales and marketing having held management positions in insurance, education and management consulting. Campbell has over 15 years of experience in psychology and 10,000 face to face hours in supporting individuals and organisations to achieve their goals. Full Biography |
